The NOTAGALLERY Art Embassy at Checkpoint Charlie transformed into an evening of female-led empowerment during Femme Palette’s takeover just last week on October 2nd. Nearly 35 women from diverse backgrounds and professions came together for an inspiring panel talk that blended leadership, creativity, and authentic exchange. Each perspective contributed to the richness of the discussion and made the event truly dynamic.
The panel featured Matilde Dani, representative of Notagallery and gallery manager; Carolina Poll, who combines strategic leadership with design facilitation and systems thinking; and Elayna Snyder, a creative coach who helps women lead from an authentic place and bring transformative ideas to life. Together, they explored different aspects of female leadership and reflected on how women navigate professional relationships, whether with clients, employees, or peers. They also shared personal experiences and spoke openly about the challenges of stepping into leadership roles.
Following the discussion, the audience was invited to participate. Questions, reflections, and candid conversations filled the space, creating an atmosphere that felt both safe and supportive. Many attendees shared how much they valued the opportunity to address personal doubts and curiosities directly with the speakers.

After the panel, Matilde guided the group through the gallery, offering insights into the space and the artworks on display. With drinks in hand, the evening flowed into a relaxed networking session where guests connected, exchanged ideas, and built new relationships.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees highlighted the cozy yet powerful atmosphere, the sense of community, and the inspiring energy that carried throughout the night.

We are especially proud to have had one of our own represented on the panel, and we extend our gratitude to the other speakers and all participants for making the event such a meaningful success. At Notagallery, it is an honor to support causes we believe in and to bring our core values to life through events like this, where art, dialogue, and community come together.
