Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
Shipping fees are determined by factors such as dimensions, weight, insured value, and destination country. The costs are computed during checkout and are inclusive of German VAT.
International Deliveries:
Similar to domestic shipments, international shipping rates are contingent upon dimensions, weight, insured value, and the destination country. These costs are calculated during checkout and are also subject to German VAT.
DIGITAL CONTENT:
Shipping charges do not apply to digital content, which is delivered in digital form. Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to access your digital content. This email, including the access details, will be sent within 24 hours of contract completion (or upon receipt of payment, if prepayment is agreed).
DELIVERY PERIODS:
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic deliveries within Germany are typically fulfilled within 3 - 14 days, while international deliveries range from 5 - 21 days from the contract's conclusion (or from the payment instruction date for prepayment agreements).
Please be aware that deliveries are not scheduled for Sundays or holidays. If your order includes items with different delivery timelines, we consolidate the shipment unless otherwise arranged. In such cases, the delivery date for the entire order aligns with the item possessing the longest delivery duration. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended as they depend on the destination country.
