NOTES OF BERLIN is a tribute to all the notes that Berlin leaves behind on a daily basis across the urban landscape. Since 2010 the blog www.notesofberlin.com publishes at least one note from Berlin per day and with each discovered treasure tries to capture the character of the capital. How are the people here wired – what do they deal with, who, how and why? The notes are messengers of the current social reality. NOTES OF BERLIN sees itself as a digital mouthpiece for urban, analogue everyday cultural communication and as a platform to document and present exactly this. Everyone can participate and submit their own discoveries. To date over 150.000 pictures have been sent in. With over 600.000 social media followers, NOTES OF BERLIN is amongst the most read national blogs and has long since achieved cult status.
