Alice Brunello Luise is a photographer and mixed media creative researcher born in Italy and based in Berlin. She won the first prize at Mondadori Premio Arte (Milan) for two consecutive years and collaborated with artist, photographer, and video director Iris Brosch in Venice, Rome, and Paris. Her work has been featured in major events such as the Venice Biennale of Art and Architecture and the International Exhibition of Sculpture and Installation Open10 and Open17 in Venice.
Her photography has been exhibited at Palazzo della Permanente in Milan, in various shows in collaboration with Galleria A+A in Venice, and in 2023 at the collective exhibition Cut the Crab, curated by artist and curator Riikka Fransila in Helsinki.
In 2024, she participated in exhibitions at BAAM Berlin, Pandora Gallery (Berlin), and in the UK and Norway, as well as performing at the Festival 48 Stunden Neukölln in Berlin. Her work was published in ENDO Violence Magazyn #2, a project by artist Dr. Alicja Pawluczuk (Hystera) in collaboration with the University of Leeds. That same year, she was also featured in Issue 4 of PhotoTrouvéeMagazine (NY) and took part in the artist residency In Between by Kulturschöpfer and Green Hill Gallery.
