Sebastian Ulm (Luxembourg City,1985) lives and works in Berlin. His artistic practice explores questions of belonging, displacement, and self-location. Emerging from early work in street art and guerrilla interventions, he has developed a site-specific approach that deliberately uses public space as a stage for commentary and presence.
Shaped by frequent relocations during childhood and a biographical tension between origin and arrival, Sebastian's work probes the fragility of home as both physical space and emotional refuge. His long-standing involvement in homelessness advocacy deepens his engagement with themes such as displacement, visibility, and urban marginalization.
