An Evening of Sound curated by DNA.
Last Thursday, the artist collective DNA. brought their community to the Art Embassy for a special night dedicated to emerging musical talent. The evening opened and closed with DJ sets, framing a series of performances by singer-songwriters, vocalists and rappers who shared original work in an intimate setting. Acoustic guitar pieces, spoken word influences and more upbeat tracks created a smooth shift across genres, keeping the audience dancing, swaying and clapping throughout the night.
It was a pleasure to witness such a supportive community come together, with artists encouraging one another and visitors fully present in the moment. For us at NOTAGALLERY, it was equally rewarding to support the evening and to offer a space where creativity can unfold beyond the visual. Although the Art Embassy is often known for contemporary art and spatial installations, hosting emerging musical voices felt like a natural extension of the project.
The atmosphere in the room reminded us how dynamic the space can be. Next weekend, the Art Embassy will transform once again during the Winter Art Market, bringing together artists, makers, tattoo and tooth gem specialists and a wider creative crowd. We are looking forward to opening our doors to another lively mix of people and ideas.
