Primary Goal: Increase gallery space rentals by targeting new business opportunities and forming long-term collaborations.

Tasks:

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify potential clients such as creative agencies, corporate firms, event planners, and business clubs.
    • Reach out to Berlin-based luxury brands, business clubs, and high-net-worth individuals to promote gallery space for corporate events, exhibitions, and team-building activities.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in the Berlin art scene and corporate event industry.
  • Segment potential clients based on their needs (e.g., private events, art exhibitions, corporate branding).
  • Analyze competitors to develop unique selling propositions for the gallery.
  1. Sales Outreach:
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and send tailored offers, including pricing and service packages, to potential customers.
  • Attend relevant business and cultural events to network and promote the gallery.
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Form strategic partnerships with local businesses, event agencies, and cultural organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Explore sponsorship opportunities to increase visibility and revenue streams for the gallery.
  1. Tracking and Reporting:
  • Develop a tracking system for sales leads, client engagement, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Report on KPIs such as new bookings, revenue generated, and client satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of business development, sales outreach, and client acquisition processes.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly within creative industries, corporate firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify trends, segment clients, and analyze competitors.
  • Ability to develop unique selling propositions (USPs) based on research findings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong networking abilities to build connections at business and cultural events, with potential clients and partners.
  • Experience in forming strategic partnerships with businesses and cultural organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to establish long-term collaborations and sponsorship agreements.
  • Ability to develop targeted outreach campaigns, creating tailored offers and service packages for different client segments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and track sales leads, client engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to report on KPIs, including new bookings, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • A proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset, able to take initiative in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with the Berlin art scene, corporate event market, and luxury brands is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn for sales outreach and client management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment and collaborate effectively with team members across various functions.
  • English and German required.
