- Analyze competitors to develop unique selling propositions for the gallery.
- Sales Outreach:
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Create and send tailored offers, including pricing and service packages, to potential customers.
- Attend relevant business and cultural events to network and promote the gallery.
- Partnership Development:
- Form strategic partnerships with local businesses, event agencies, and cultural organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
- Explore sponsorship opportunities to increase visibility and revenue streams for the gallery.
- Tracking and Reporting:
