Artist Assistance & Social Media Content Creator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated personal assistant to the artist and gallery owner Ivan Gette to join our team at NOTAGALLERY. The successful candidate will work closely with our lead artist to promote his art and manage his social media presence.
– Manage the artist’s schedule and appointments
– Coordinate the artist’s exhibitions, photo shootings and interview requests
– Assist with artwork sales and marketing
– Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
– Edit video footage to create promotional videos for social media
– Research and identify trends in the art industry and social media to develop effective content strategies
– Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
– Track social media analytics and make recommendations for improvements
– Manage the artist’s website and online presence
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Experience in social media management and content creation
– Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
– Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
– Proficient in social media management, graphic design, and video editing software
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a part of a team
– Passion for art and the art industry
– Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
